Refund Policy

Revenuegateway aims to provide the highest quality of service to its advertisers. Once an advertiser makes an initial deposit as prepayment in the Revenuegateway program, it is the advertiser's responsibility to ask within seven (7) days upon making the deposit to ask for a refund of the account balance if he/she is not satisfied. If the advertiser makes a second deposit as prepayment in the Revenuegateway program, then it means that he/she is already satisfied and thus, a refund is no longer possible. If an advertiser pays a due invoice sent by our Accounting department means that he/she is satisfied and ask for a refund is no longer possible. Furthermore, advertisers who violate Revenuegateway Terms and Conditions in any way, shape or form are not entitled to a refund. Should and advertiser complain about certain traffic that Revenuegateway verifies as high quality based on previous advertiser experiences, no refunds will be processed. Refunds will not be processed if the advertiser doesn't select the proper keyword or URL targets associated with their campaign. Please contact us for any cancellation or refund requests, allowing two (2) to four (4) weeks for refunds to be processed by our Accounting Department. Revenuegateway reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without further notice-.
